Workplace: Hybrid. Willingness to travel and work at the client's location required, at least 50% of the time per month (Middle East).

Responsibilities

Coordinating and supervising the work of external software vendors in a multi-vendor environment,
Enforcing SLAs for code security and overseeing the elimination of vulnerabilities by development teams,
Participating in the design of a global security strategy from scratch for a diverse portfolio of web and mobile applications, and AEM platforms,
Providing active technology consulting for stakeholders in the Middle East region and reporting on implementation progress and barriers,
Ensuring the proper integration of CI/CD processes and automated security testing within dedicated tool instances,
Supervising the engineering team, including support from security architects and DevSecOps engineers.

Must have

Senior-level experience, including at least 2-3 years of experience in leadership or managerial positions in IT.
In-depth knowledge of AppSec/DevSecOps tools: Practical experience with Invicti (DAST) and Fortify (SAST/AST).
Experience working with GitLab Dedicated Instance and Bitrise (in the context of mobile applications).
Understanding of the specifics of securing various types of applications: Web, Mobile, and Enterprise-class CMS systems (Adobe Experience Manager - AEM).
Experience managing a multi-vendor environment and enforcing deliveries from external software houses.
Full willingness to work in a dynamic environment and frequent business trips to Middle Eastern countries (50%+ of the time).
English at a minimum level of C1.
