Recruitment process: Short phone conversation with an ITFS recruiter -> Interview with the Hiring Manager -> Interview with the target client -> Decision

 
SCOPE OF DUTIES

  • Designing end-to-end architecture for Generative AI and Agentic AI solutions,

  • Translating business and functional requirements into scalable technical designs,

  • Managing the technical delivery of AI solutions from the discovery and proof of concept phases to production deployment,

  • Designing integration patterns between AI components, APIs, data sources, and enterprise applications,

  • Providing technical oversight, conducting architecture and code reviews, and supporting less experienced engineers,

  • Defining engineering standards for solution quality, security, observability, maintainability, and performance.

  • Collaborating with stakeholders, architects, Product Owners, data engineers, and development teams.

  • Identifying technical risks, dependencies, and architectural tradeoffs.

  • Supporting effort estimation, delivery planning, and technical decision-making.

  • Evaluating AI frameworks, models, and cloud services based on project requirements.

  • Ensuring that AI solutions adhere to the principles of responsible AI, data protection, and enterprise security.

REQUIREMENTS

  • Minimum 7-8 years of professional experience in software engineering, data engineering, machine learning, or solution architecture,

  • Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience delivering Generative AI solutions,

  • Proven experience designing and delivering solutions on the GCP platform,

  • Strong Python skills and experience building production backend services,

  • Hands-on experience with LLM-based applications, including Retrieval-Augmented Generation, AI agent and tool integration, prompt and context management, structured output data, and AI solution evaluation and monitoring,

  • Experience designing and integrating REST APIs, microservices, and API-based components events,

  • Working knowledge of CI/CD processes, automated testing, and deployment using Azure DevOps or equivalent tools,

  • Experience with containerization, preferably using Docker and Kubernetes or Azure Container Apps,

  • Ability to make and clearly communicate architectural decisions,

  • Experience working directly with international clients and distributed teams,

  • Independence, proactivity in identifying risks, and a willingness to constructively question proposed solutions,

  • English language at a minimum level. B2+/C1.

 

Preferred:

  • Experience with Vertex AI or comparable services,

  • Knowledge of frameworks such as LlamaIndex, LangChain, or LangGraph,

  • Experience with enterprise authentication and authorization, including Microsoft Entra ID and managed identities,

  • Knowledge of MLOps, LLMOps, model evaluation and application observability,

  • Experience integrating AI capabilities with Microsoft 365, Microsoft Teams, or other enterprise platforms,

  • Knowledge of issues related to responsible AI, privacy, security, and legal regulations,

  • Experience supporting pre-sales activities, technical workshops, or solution valuations,

  • Possession of appropriate cloud or AI-related certifications.
