Spółka ITFS ma obowiązek chronić udostępnione lub powierzone jej dane osobowe. Dane te są przetwarzane zgodnie z przepisami prawa obowiązującymi na terenie Rzeczypospolitej Polskiej. Niniejsza Polityka Prywatności wyjaśnia kim jesteśmy, dla jakich celów przetwarzamy Państwa dane osobowe, w jaki sposób je przetwarzamy, komu możemy je powierzać lub udostępnić, gdzie Państwa dane mogą być przekazywane oraz jakie prawa Państwu w związku z tym przysługują. Gromadzenie, przetwarzanie i ochrona danych osobowych jest dokonywana przez ITFS sp. z o.o. zgodnie z poniższymi zasadami w zgodzie z przepisami Ustawy o Ochronie Danych Osobowych z dnia 29 sierpnia 1997r. (Dz.U.02.101.926) z uwzględnieniem regulacji polskich względem nowelizacji unijnej (RODO) z dnia 25 maja 2018 roku.

Privacy and Personal Data Protection Policy
The ITFS company is obliged to protect the personal data provided or entrusted to it. These data are processed in accordance with the legal provisions applicable to the territory of the Republic of Poland. We make every effort to ensure that data is protected against loss, destruction, disclosure, unauthorized access or improper use. This Privacy Policy explains who we are, for what purposes we process your personal data, how we process it, who we can entrust it to or share it, where your data may be transferred and what rights you are therefore entitled to. The collection, processing and protection of personal data are carried out by ITFS sp. z o.o. in accordance with the following principles and the provisions of the Act on Personal Data Protection from 29.08. 1997 (Journal of Laws 02.101.926), taking into account the Polish regulations with respect to the amendment of the EU (GDPR) from 25.05.2018.
