Offer description
Work location: Warsaw - remote work from Poland with occasional office visits in Warsaw (2-4 days every 2 months)
Start: ASAP (maximum 30 days notice period)
Form of cooperation: B2B with ITFS
Rate: PLN 75-100/h + VAT
Recruitment process: Short phone conversation with an ITFS recruiter -> Technical interview -> Second interview (soft skills) -> Decision
Responsibilities
Providing second-line support for business applications and platforms,
Investigating, diagnosing, and resolving technical incidents,
Performing administrative and operational support activities,
Supporting and training first-line support teams,
Monitoring application performance and usage,
Preparing operational and incident reports,
Collaborating with technical teams and end users in an international environment,
Communicating with stakeholders in English.
Requirements
Minimum 2 years of experience in the area of application, platform, or IT system support,
Experience working directly with customers and end users,
Good knowledge of ITIL practices and the ServiceNow tool,
Practical experience with Google Cloud Platform and Azure DevOps,
Practical knowledge of SQL,
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills,
Excellent communication skills and willingness to work teamwork,
Fluent knowledge of Polish and good knowledge of English at a minimum level of B2/C1.
