Responsibilities
Leading and actively participating in all phases of SAP EWM implementation projects, including requirements gathering, solution design, system configuration, testing, training, and post-implementation support.
Collaborating with clients and stakeholders to gather business requirements and translate them into functional and technical specifications.
Designing and configuring the SAP EWM system to meet specific requirements, including layouts, inventory placement and removal strategies, integration of EWM with S/4 HANA modules (MM, SD, TM, QM), 3PL, and business process mapping, ensuring integration with external systems. (MES),
Using the RF integration framework and developing and expanding RF screens,
Configuring and optimizing inbound processes, such as goods receipt, staging, quality management, and returns, ensuring integration with procurement and production processes,
Designing and implementing outbound processes, including order fulfillment, picking, packaging, staging, and shipping, including integration with transportation management,
Collaborating with the production team to integrate EWM with production processes (PP-EWM), ensuring smooth material flow and accurate tracking in the production environment,
Defining and implementing physical inventory procedures, including continuous inventory counting, inventory reconciliation, ad-hoc inventory, and variance analysis.
Preparing system documentation, process flowcharts, and user manuals, as well as conducting end-user training.
Planning and executing comprehensive testing activities, including unit, integration, and user acceptance testing (UAT), identifying and resolving system issues, and handling IDoc errors and queue issues.
Effectively interacting with customers, project team members, and stakeholders, and providing expert support to project teams.
