Work Location: Hybrid (1-2 days a week from the Client's office in Warsaw)
Start: ASAP
Form of Cooperation: B2B with ITFS
Rate: PLN 70-90/h + VAT
Recruitment Process: Short phone conversation with an ITFS recruiter -> Recruitment interview with the Client -> Decision
SCOPE OF DUTIES
Collaborating with the development team within sprints,
Establishing a testing approach within cycles, sprints, and releases,
Analyzing requirements for testing and ensuring adequate requirements coverage through testing,
Defect Management,
Managing regression test scope,
Performing manual tests,
Ensuring functional testing standards within development teams,
Using JIRA and Confluence tools in daily work,
Demonstrating independence, diligence, and the ability to work under time pressure.
REQUIREMENTS
At least 3 years of experience in an IT environment in the testing area, including manual test management and execution,
Knowledge of waterfall and agile software development methodologies,
Practical knowledge of Agile and SCRUM approaches,
Good knowledge of JIRA and Confluence tools,
ISTQB certification,
Test management in Formacja as part of development teams,
Nice to have:
ISTQB Test Manager certification,
Experience in the banking or finance industry,
Knowledge of log analysis tools, e.g., Kibana.
