Position: Semantic Data Engineer

Workplace: 100% remotely from Poland

Start: ASAP (current month)

Form of cooperation: B2B with ITFS

Rate: 130-153 PLN/h net + VAT

Recruitment process: Short phone conversation with an ITFS recruiter -> Technical verification of competencies in the selected module/language (approx. 45 min) -> Business and communication conversation with the project manager (approx. 45 min) -> Decision

Responsibilities

Designing, building, and optimizing advanced ETL/ELT pipelines integrating data from laboratory instruments,
Creating and optimizing database queries (SQL and NoSQL/Graph) supporting advanced research analytics,
Developing internal extensions to data models (Allotrope Data Models) using JSON Schema,
Adapting data architecture to changes in the Allotrope Foundation standards and the evolution of the client's cloud infrastructure and DevSecOps area,
Process automation in the spirit of DevSecOps and implementing the Infrastructure as Code (IaC) approach.

Requirements

Doświadczenie zawodowe na poziomie Senior, w tym minimum 5 lat doświadczenia w budowaniu stabilnych potoków danych,
Biegła znajomość języka SQL oraz mechanizmów ETL,
Zaawansowana znajomość języka Python, w tym bibliotek przeznaczonych do przetwarzania danych,
Praktyczne doświadczenie z bazami danych NoSQL (dokumentowymi oraz grafowymi),
Praktyczna znajomość rozwiązań z obszaru DevSecOps & Cloud, w tym systemów CI/CD (Git), konteneryzacji (Docker) oraz podejścia Infrastructure as Code (Terraform lub CloudFormation),
Znajomość technologii semantycznych (Semantic Web), formatów danych RDF oraz języka zapytań SPARQL,
Doświadczenie z chmurą AWS Cloud, w szczególności z usługami serverless takimi jak AWS Lambda, AWS Glue oraz AWS Step Functions,
Znajomość ekosystemu Atlassian (Jira, Confluence) oraz doświadczenie w pracy w metodykach zwinnych,
Wykształcenie wyższe licencjackie lub magisterskie, preferowane kierunki: Informatyka, Bioinformatyka lub pokrewne,
Znajomość języka angielskiego na poziomie minimum B2+/C1, pozwalająca na swobodną komunikację biznesową i techniczną.
